Wellington Miranda Millen Makeup and Beauty

Miranda Millen is a London and New York trained Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, Special Effects Technician and Internationally Qualified Beauty Therapist.

She has been working in the Makeup and Beauty Industry since 1997 in France, New York,
throughout the UK and New Zealand.

Her level of expertise has seen her work on major feature films 'Fred Claus', Sweeney Todd', 'The Hobbit' and numerous Indie Film's.

She worked in UK television for the BBC, Sky Television, Channel 4, and in NZ for TV3 and Maori Television.

In 2013 she worked in New York with Emmy Award winning Costume Designer Patrica Field (Sex in the City, The Devil Wears Prada) for Temptu Cosmetics, a highlight in her career.

While living in London she worked for Madame Tussaud's in their Hair and Colouring Department on wax figures of Kate Moss, Beyonce, Leonardo diCaprio, Muhammad Ali and others.

She also personally worked for one of the original Supermodels Jerry Hall (former wife of Rolling Stone Mick Jagger) and her two sisters Terry and Rosie Hall.

Her Beauty Therapy work employed her in the elite clinic Linda Meredith Knightsbridge and the world famous day spa The Sanctuary in Covent Garden where she saw model/actress Brooke Shields.

Various other work includes contracts with
NZ Opera in the Wig and Makeup Department looking after lead characters and performers, NEXT Magazine, Australian Woman's Weekly, NZ Woman's Weekly.
