Miranda Millen is a London trained Makeup Artist, Hair Stylist, Special Effects Technician and Internationally Qualified Beauty Therapist. Having worked in the Makeup and Beauty Industry since 1997 throughout the UK, France and within New Zealand; her level of expertise has seen her work on major feature films with some of Hollywood's top actors and actresses; 'Fred Claus', Sweeney Todd' and 'The Hobbit' to name a few.
Including television work in the UK for the BBC, Sky Television, Channel 4; and television work in NZ for TV3 and Maori Television. |

She worked in London for Madame Tussauds in the Hair and Colouring Department on wax figures of Kate Moss, Beyonce, Leonardo diCaprio, Muhammad Ali and many others.
Miranda also personally worked for one of the original Supermodels Jerry Hall (former wife of Rolling Stone Mick Jagger) and her two sisters Terry and Rosie Hall in London and France. Her Beauty Therapy work has seen her employed in London's elite clinic Linda Meredith Knightsbridge and the world famous day spa The Sanctuary in Covent Garden where she saw clients including model/actress Brooke Shields.
She has also worked as both a Makeup Artistry and Beauty Therapy tutor here in New Zealand and in the UK. Miranda is currently contracted to the Wig and Makeup Department for the NZ Opera looking after lead characters. She also works on music videos and for print magazines.
Now based in Wellington New Zealand, she travels throughout the North and South Island (and on ocassion internationally) with her work.
